Jellymail Alert!

Tuesday, March 30th, 2021

Hi everyone!

Hope you’re all having a lovely day!

Today is a lovely, sunny Tuesday here, so I thought I’d show you my most recent Jellymail!

They actually arrived on Saturday morning (very fast delivery from JALS), but I’ve only just had the chance to post them up! Here they all are pictured below.

This time I ordered a Small Cassis Bunny, Small Cottontail Bunny, Small Twinkle Bunny, Small Dusky Blue Bunny, Small Amuseable Avocado and Little Sage Dragon. I’m absolutely in love with them all!

Especially that little avocado. He’s so cute, I could eat him!…(just kidding).

At the moment, I am only collecting the small bunnies for space reasons, but I’m thinking of getting at least one medium in the future (although, that could be dangerous as I may want to get more…)

I have now got all my little bunnies in a little tray I bought from B&M for £1. They look so cute together, just chilling out…

They seem to be multiplying by the day and I am running out of room in this tray now!

Also, Twinkle and Stardust are now reunited after being apart for so long…

Now I just need a Sparklet Bunny to go with them both when she’s released later this year…

Little Sage Dragon is so cute that I think he now needs Little Snow Dragon and Little Dexter (and later, Little Onyx Dragon) to keep him company!

I have more Jellymail arriving soon to join these guys, but I’ll leave that for another day.

I have also finished adding the Winter/Christmas 2021 Jellies to the database if you want to check them out. I am sooo looking forward to them, although I kind of wished they had released the information later as now we have to wait nearly half a year for them!

Enjoy the rest of your Tuesday, and stay safe!

It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas…

Wednesday, March 24th, 2021

…and it’s only March!

Yesterday we heard some great news! The upcoming Christmas/Winter 2021 were announced!

I know what you’re thinking, we’ve only just got Christmas 2020 out of the way! But the new additions look amazing! I just wish they had waited a little closer to the time because now we have to wait sooo long for them!

I have started to add them to the database and I will hopefully finish by the end of the week, but you can see the Winter 2021 Jellycats I have already added here.

I just wanted to share a few of my favourites from the new collection.

Firstly, there is a whole new set of Winter Amuseables featuring a “Glisten” range. I can only describe these as using a pale aqua and white colour scheme which gives a frosty look.

Pictured below, is Amuseable Glisten Acorn from this range.

He looks like a frozen companion to the original Amuseable Acorn and is just lovely in his icy white acorn cap.

Nothing says “Christmas” quite like the Amuseable Poinsettia!

This little cutie is the perfect Christmas decoration for those who don’t want to have to go through the trouble of looking after a real poinsettia! The lovely red blooms will stay all year round!

A new Bashful Bunny will be joining them. Meet Bashful Sparklet Bunny!

Sparklet follows on from the starry-ear bunnies (like Stardust). She is a minty green coloured bunny, of the same colour palette as the Glisten range.

She will be available in a small and medium size.

I’m also really looking forward to the Onyx Dragon!

Onyx is very much like last Winter’s Snow Dragon, but is totally black in colour. He will fit in nicely alongside the Snow Dragon, Sage Dragon and Dexter.

He will be available in a little, medium (regular) and huge size.

Last but not least, is the range of Merry Mice.

There are four in the set: Merry Mouse, Merry Mouse Bedtime, Merry Mouse Present and Merry Mouse Wreath.

There are more Winter Jellies coming out this year, which I will add to the database shortly, but this is a selection of my favourites that I have added so far!

More Jellymail!

Friday, March 19th, 2021

I couldn’t resist…I ended up with more Jellycats!

I tried, I really did! But I ordered three more Jellies from JALS. I think I need help!

This time I didn’t order any bunnies. Instead, I managed to get hold of Sherri Sheep, Birdling Kingfisher and Tia Tiger (Ok, Tia is actually for my daughter which helps to justify my spending…a bit).

That being said, they are really cute and I’m so happy with my sheep and kingfisher. My daughter is also very happy with Tia (who she carries around everywhere by her super-long tail!) so that made it even more worthwhile.

I think my favourite, if I had to pick, is probably Sherri (pictured below).

This little sheep has the perfect look. Plus, she is sooo soft! I’ve been struggling to describe what she feels like, and there is only one thing I can think of – an owl chick. I know that is very specific and not everyone will have felt the downy feathers of a baby owl, but that is pretty much what she feels like.

Do you have any of these three Jellies? Or have you had some Jellymail that you want to share? Leave a comment below!

My latest Jellymail!

Thursday, March 11th, 2021

Hi everyone!

This post is a little bit delayed as I’ve only just had the chance to post it up, but I’m so excited to show you my latest Jellymail!

I received this lovely little collection from JALS (Just a Little Something) who are absolutely fantastic! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

From the back (left to right) is Small Forest, Small Cerise, Small Cream Blossom, Small Plum and Crispin Crab.

I decided to buy four bunnies and Crispin Crab (which started off as me telling myself I was only going to buy three bunnies and Crispin, but I couldn’t resist an extra bunny! Oops!).

I have now put them with some of my other small Jellies in a little tray that I picked up from B&M for the bargain price of £1 (for those of you outside of the UK, B&M is a store that sells all sorts of things from homeware to food for a reasonable price. You can seriously spend a fortune in there if you’re not careful).

Here they are all together with my Small Cinnamon, Small Saffron, Small Stardust and Small Bashful Black and White Kitten – not forgetting Flo, my Small Beige bunny.

I’m thinking that I need a red bunny next (I’m thinking maybe a Small Cassis?) to add to my little rainbow consortium.

I have also been busy today adding some more Bashful Bunnies into the database for you to track if you have them in your collection. As I said in my last post, I have also now finished the Special Edition Bashful Bunnies, which I have given their own section.

Are you expecting any Jellymail? Or have you just received some? Share with us in the comments section below!

List of Special Edition Bashful Bunnies Complete!

Friday, March 5th, 2021

Hi everyone!

I’m really excited to announce that all the Special Edition Bashful Bunnies are now on the database!

The Special Editions are now, sadly, all retired. They all had lovely names and were made in pretty colours and fabrics.

The Special Edition bunnies were sized somewhere in between small and medium “regular” bashful bunnies (approximately 23cm).

I currently don’t own any Special Edition bunnies, but they are on my wish list (if I can ever get hold of them!). Here are a few of my favourites.

Imogen

Imogen is made from a luxurious, pink, curly fur that just looks adorable! Her fur just looks so soft and floofy! One day I hope to have her in my collection!

Lucie

Lucie is a gorgeous grey colour, covered in pretty, bright pink patches! The pattern in her fur is almost like giraffe print!

Natalia

Natalia is a little different in that she is made from a knitted fabric. She is covered from head to toe in rainbow stripes and because she doesn’t have longer pile of fur like most other bunnies, you can really see her cute little smile!

Jamie

Jamie is quite possibly one of the Special Editions I most want in my collection. The colour of his fur is absolutely gorgeous! The texture just looks amazing too!

Emily

Emily is a gorgeous, rose-red colour and her fur has a luxurious, crumpled effect. I’m quite biased with this one as she shares my daughter’s name! She is a beautiful bunny though!

Ideally, I would love all the Special Edition bunnies, but these five are top on my list!

Do you have any Special Editions? Who would be in your wish list? Leave a comment below!

Monday Blues…

Monday, March 1st, 2021

Hi everyone!

It’s a miserable, wet Monday here. Flo is doing a great job of helping me do a bit of work on the site today and keeping me company!

Today with the cold, wet weather, I have decided write about my favourite blue Bashful Bunnies! They are in no particular order, they are just blue bunnies that I absolutely adore!

To start off with, I’ll go back to basics with the Bashful Blue Bunny!

I love this little bunny’s simple, baby blue colour. He’s just so pure and lovely! I also like the fact that he has a white tail instead of being a solid colour.

Next up is one of the specials…Nicky!

Nicky reminds me of a hazy blue sky filled with clouds, and he just looks so cute!

Aqua is another favourite colour of mine.

I’m not quite sure if you’d describe her as a blue or green, but I’ve always thought of her as more of a blue colour. She fits in nicely alongside the Bashful Blue Bunny!

Next is one of the harder to find colours….Bluebell!

Bluebell is a retired Bashful Bunny and has the most gorgeous colour! She is sort of somewhere in between a purple and blue colour (just like a bluebell flower) and she is quite sought after by collectors.

Finally, one of my favourite blue bunnies…Quentin!

Quentin is another Special Edition bunny who is very sought after. He is a gorgeous turquoise blue colour and his fur has a soft towelling effect that makes him look so appealing!

Who is your favourite blue bunny? Leave a comment below!
